• Managed the set-up and delivery of multiple projects underpinning programmes, working closely with colleagues and subject matter experts to scope and structure, plan, design, implement, deliver, and evaluate projects.
• Implemented PM3 (new project management tool) trust wide incorporating a 10 year strategy;
• Led on the development of the PMO’s programme and project-level approaches and tools ensuring these are promoted and followed;
• Planned and organised the broad range of complex and interdependent activities that formed the PMO programme, adjusting plans and strategies as required;
• Ensured the Programme Board has visibility and oversight of the status of projects, including live and pipeline projects, and their alignment to the overarching strategy.
