Our client an NHS organisation, based in the South East seeks to recruit a HR Business Partner for an initial 6 month Fixed Term Contract.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide dedicated Human Resources support to the Electronic Patient Record (EPR) project team.
  • Coordinate HR workstreams and operational delivery across organisations, working closely with both HR departments.
  • Support and coordinate the resourcing and recruitment requirements of the project.
  • Working with the project leadership team to identify required posts.
  • Assist managers with the recruitment approval process.
  • Ensure that posts have agreed job descriptions and are graded/banded appropriately.
  • Ensure vacancies are placed/advertised using the appropriate medium e.g. internal only, NHS jobs, Professional Services company, recruitment agencies
  • Working to agreed deadlines and cooperatively with recruitment teams, coordinate the selection and appointment process including arranging interviews, participating in recruitment panels, sending offer letters and contracts of employment, ensuring onboarding/induction arrangements are in place.
  • Work with HR staff to ensure that HR good practice is applied in the EPR project, utilising either the existing Trusts HR policies and procedures or authorised EPR specific processes.
  • Advise on employee relations and contractual issues as required.
