Our client, a healthcare organisation, based in Yorkshire is seeking to recruit an Interim Residential Home Turnaround Manager for an initial 4 months.

Key responsibilities include

  • Lead a care service team that is high performing, compliant, relationship-centred and fully trained using a clear communication and performance management framework;
  • Develop, manage and organise the staff team to ensure a high quality of service delivery and appropriate skill mixing.
  • Lead and develop quality assurance arrangements within the corporate Quality Management System corporate framework
  • Monitor and review care management and assessment information collated in the agreed format for the evaluation of care
  • Provide reports and attend meetings as required by the Senior Management Team.

Requirements

  • Understanding of the CQC essential standards and their impact in care management and practice
  • Experienced in the Safeguarding of vulnerable adults and local and national policies.
  • Working knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act 2008.
