Our client, an NHS organisation based in the South East, is seeking to recruit an Interim Senior Complaints Officer for an initial 3 months. The role will be a mix of on site and remote working.

Key responsibilities

  • Co-ordinate an effective and efficient complaints management service, which meets all statutory requirements.
  • Positively work to resolve any problems which arise in relation to the management of complaints, which may involve careful consideration of complex issues, or discussion with appropriate senior staff.
  • Establish systems to ensure that complaints are used as an effective quality improvement tool and integrated within the Governance framework.
  • Maintain and develop close links with external bodies who support service users and carers.

Requirements

  • Previous NHS Complaints Management experience is essential.
