Our client an NHS Trust, based in the South East seeks to recruit an Associate Director of HR professional on an interim basis for a period of 4-6 months.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Lead on the Transformation and HR improvement plan work streams to consolidate the recruitment, on-boarding, medical staffing, and other relevant areas of work.
  • Support with the consultation, development, and implementation of specific policies.
  • Provide coaching, expertise and support to the Medical Staffing team to ensure that standards are maintained and continually improved.
  • To be the operational lead for the delivery and coordination of Quality Improvement HR projects.
  • Overall responsibility for delivery of specific HR projects including the development of the plan and management of risk and issues.
  • Lead on the development of business cases, committee reports, and proposals associated with HR and workforce related issues.
  • Lead on operationalising some aspects of the Equality and Diversity Enabling Strategy.


Key Requirements include:

  • Significant previous experience directing/leading HR Transformation programmes, including workstreams leading project teams, delivering an integrated programme of work across the HR function.
  • Strong understanding of HR Operating Models and Organisational Design methodology, the development of design principles, governance, structure, and performance measures.
  • Experience in successfully leading and embedding a major change programme and designing and implementing a change and communications plan.
