Our client an NHS Organisation, based in the South East seeks to recruit a Compliance and Risk Manager on a part-time basis on a fixed-term contract to run through until March 2022.

Key responsibilities include:

  • The post holder will support developing and co-ordinating a Trust systemic and planned approach to maintaining compliance with the CQC Registration Requirements.
  • The post holder will support developing and maintaining appropriate information systems which collect evidence and provide assurance of compliance with the CQC Registration Standards across all locations and services within the Trust.
  • The post holder will be responsible for proposing policy, protocol or service changes following audit/monitoring findings.
  • The post holder will be required to draft/ review / propose changes to and implement risk and compliance related Trust policies and procedures.
  • The post holder will support the development and maintenance of a Trust-wide process for the production, approval, ratification, issue and registration of all Trust policies.
  • Manage the Trust’s risk register, providing appropriate guidance and support for risk assessments.
  • Provide risk management training for all levels of staff across the organisation.
  • The post holder will work with staff across the Trust to embed the functionality of the electronic risk register, supporting management and oversight and providing staff training in relation to assessing and managing risk and using the system.
