Our client, an NHS organisation based in Wales is seeking to recruit an Interim Benefits Lead for an initial 3 months. The role will be remote working.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and expert oversight so that benefits are clearly scoped at project level and are able to be tracked in preparation for any project testing phases.
  • Plan and organise a broad range of complex activities some of which are ongoing, which require the formulation and adjustment of plans.
  • Manage staff on a day-to-day basis being responsible for appraisal, disciplinary and grievance processes for the staff within line management responsibility.
  • Develop a benefits realisation plan to forecast the total non-financial and financial benefits to be realised in the 12 months ahead providing a clear view of the planned returns from the organisations investment in change.
  • Develop a benefits framework within which consistent approaches to non-financial and financial benefits management can be applied across the organisation. This includes rules on identification, classification, quantification, valuation and validation of benefits.

Requirements

  • Significant relevant experience working with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Evidence of ability to implement and manage change in a multi-agency environment.
  • Experience of financial cost improvement in a complex organisation.
