Interim Workforce Business Partner

East of England, Band 7

Our client, an NHS organisation based in the East of England is seeking to recruit an Interim Workforce Business Partner for an initial 6 months. The role is for 4 days per week and can accommodate hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Provide line-managers, and staff with professional, comprehensive and timely advice and support on complex, sensitive and contentious workforce issues.
• Advise and assist managers at all stages of the disciplinary process including informal and formal resolution of cases.
• Lead on key workforce projects in conjunction with the Head of Employee Relations.
• Working in partnership with the Workforce Information team to ensure that relevant and timely workforce data is available to Trust managers.
• Analyse workforce data to inform management decision-making and improve performance in relation to workforce key performance indicators.

Requirements

• CIPD Advanced Level 7 Diploma.
• Experienced in Employment law and Agenda for Change terms and conditions of service.
• Working in an operational workforce generalist role and/or business partner role in an NHS or other public sector setting.
