Interim Operations Manager - Hard FM

London, c.£300 per day

Our client a Public Sector Organisation, based in London seeks to recruit an Operations Manager for Hard FM on an interim basis for an initial period of 3 months.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the head of Facilities management in securing the continuous development, improvement, efficiency, and success of the FM hard service function.
• The role will include asset management planning, procurement and tendering, project financial control and reporting.
• To lead and support the FM team in the development of performance management systems to ensure optimum service delivery for all users of facilities services.
• To ensure appropriate monitoring arrangements and reporting systems are in place (CAFM) for FM services.

Key Requirements:

• Degree level qualification in an FM or Engineering related discipline.
• IOSH managing safely or equivalent qualification.
• Membership of relevant professional body.
