Interim HR Business Partner

Our client, an NHS organisation based in the North West is seeking to recruit an Interim HR Business Partner for an initial 4-5 months. The role can accommodate hybrid working.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and lead the provision of a high quality, responsive and comprehensive Human Resources service for the Trust.
• Provide strategic Business Partner support to Senior Managers within a designated division and to ensure the provision of expert human resources management advice, guidance on human resources policy and organisational and cultural change.
• Ensure that the HR service is customer focussed, efficient, effective and delivered to the highest possible professional HR standards.
• Develop and support the implementation of workforce programmes and policies to increase workforce productivity and enable the organisation to achieve its strategic objectives.
• Take a corporate role in driving the HR agenda forward throughout the Trust, working in partnership with Managers, Staff Side Representatives, staff and other partners in ensuring that the Trust is an employer of choice and adopting excellent employment practice.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience of working in the NHS.
• Significant proven knowledge of employment law and demonstrable experience of its application.
• In depth proven knowledge and understanding of key NHS issues including national and local policy drivers.
