Zenith Resourcing was launched in April 2014 by four highly experienced recruiters, Nick Reece, Marcus Greenhalgh, Sajid Baloch and Adam Green.

Our fully referenced and compliant interim management candidates offer clients a flexible, cost effective, short term recruitment solution on a day or hourly rate. We work on a success only basis and are committed to keeping our margins lower than our competitors whilst ensuring candidates' receive a fair rate of pay.
Due to the longer length of some assignments, occasionally clients require more commitment from their hires and as such prefer a fixed term contract arrangement whereby the candidate is remunerated directly by the employer. In these cases, following a successful appointment, we will charge a finders fee % of salary.
Our consultants have wide ranging experience of handling single or multiple permanent recruitment campaigns with a very high success rate. Our fees are amongst the lowest and most cost effective in the market-place whilst our generous our rebate scheme proves our confidence in our ability to deliver.

With a twelve year recruitment career covering the full specturm of Interim, Permanent and retained work I am proud to manage our London Docklands office.
I am particulalrly passionate about my work within the highly competitive and dynamic Healthcare Management space especially Clinical Governance & Corporate Affairs.
Outside of work, I am an avid Manchester United FC fan, following them home, away and overseas. Like many of my colleagues I also love golf and am close to achieving my dream of a single figure handicap.
My primary recruitment experience has been within the Public Sector, including 8 years specialising in various non clinical NHS /Healthcare markets.
