1) Interim Management Appointments

Our fully referenced and compliant interim management candidates offer clients a flexible, cost effective, short term recruitment solution on a day or hourly rate. Following an initial discussion we will provide CVs on a no obligation, success only basis. Once a placement has been agreed we will complete all compliance checks and finalise a day/hourly rate which is both cost effective to the client and fair to the candidate.

2) Fixed Term Contract Permanent Appointments

Due to the longer length and nature of some assignments, occasionally clients require more commitment from their hires and as such prefer to offer a fixed length contract. In these cases the candidate will be remunerated directly by the employer with us charging a finders fee % of salary following a successful appointment

3) Permanent Appointments.

We offer a fully managed, personal service for the recruitment of permanent management/executive level staff. Our consultants have wide ranging experience of handling single or multiple recruitment campaigns. Our fees are very competitive and we offer an industry leading rebate scheme for complete peace of mind.
